The key differentiator is therefore that unlike more generalist firms, we have strong core competencies in multiple practice areas, backed by a proven track record in each.

Simply said, clients receive specialist advice and guidance related to their specific needs, framed within the broader context of opportunities and solutions provided by WBS’s other professional disciplines.

As we add more members, the breadth of these competencies grow, along with the different business sectors we able to serve.

In addition to this, we have formed a number of strategic alliances with other consulting practices not featured on the home site which add:

- an even broader set of complementary core competencies
- additional resources to make our offerings scalable
- greater geographic reach including international market entries

Finally, our rates are highly competitive when compared to large organizations with larger overheads and infrastructures offering comparable services; we offer the client the opportunity to establish a closer, more personal relationship with
the practice leader; and tasks are not assigned to junior staff members.
